A little reminder that there are so many forms of Yoga. Adding a foam roller to a yoga flow is not something you hear or see everyday. Foam rollers are something we have used for helping to reduce pain and muscle soreness. If you have never used a foam roller of any kind, you need to try it. Our bodies are not meant to only workout. We need to release the tension and toxins that feed into this one body we have on this Earth!

Increasing the blood flow and oxygen, re-establishing the integrity of the connective tissue during a yoga class. So many of us workout, but we do not take care of the muscles that do the work, never offering relief that we truly need.

Injuries can take a person into a viscous cycle. These classes can help you gain your range of motion, taking you through a workout that can help protect your injury. Recovery is the goal.
